The Roller Grill RFE 20 C is a powerful, twin tank fryer with a 20 Litre capacity. The cold zone of oil that is below the element, helps to prolong the life of the oil. The fryer is particularly designed for fast food and restaurants, on a cabinet is equipped with adjustable elements so you can adapt the power to suit the desired cooking of French fries, doughnuts, fishes etc. To fry alternatively different products at the same time and to have a better control of oil consumption, the high power fryer is fitted out with 2 baskets with the capacity of 10 Litres each and with a commutator for an independent control of the frying areas. This allows for full control and accurate adjustment of oil and energy consumption. Features include Safety tap for easy oil drainage; 180'C operating thermostat; additional safety thermostat; safety micro switch to ensure correct positioning of element; heat resistant basket handle.
