Finer atomization in spray setups can be achieved by adjusting the air and liquid pressures. Increasing the air pressure and/or lowering the liquid pressure results in a higher ratio of air flow rate to liquid flow rate. In internal mix systems, the liquid and air are mixed internally, leading to a fully atomized spray. And in external mix systems, the liquid and gas streams are not independent in internal mix systems. Any change in air flow will affect the liquid flow. We have both internal and external nozzles.
