This realistic depiction of our favourite British birds was inspired by an 18th century painting of plants and animals. A green woodpecker, wren, robin and thrush perch alongside a pair of nesting blue tits, making their home in a modern tree of life. To complete the scene, butterflies, insects, ladybirds and various woodland berries adorn the tree. The exquisitely detailed design was painted in fine watercolour and translates seamlessly onto bedding. Crafted from 100% cotton sateen, certified by the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) this stunning duvet set comes in a Blue Grey and a plain colour on the reverse. The pillowcases match the duvet print in two design formats, with an Oxford edge. One pillowcase has the floral trail detail on the left, one carries the detail on the right.
