Our meditation set contains the Ekotex Yoga round spelt meditation pillow (also known as a zafu cushion or zen cushion) and a 100% organic cotton, hand-woven yoga blanket. A 45-hour Jo Jo and co. soy candle burns softly, setting intentions with a soothing scent.
The cushion assists in the opening of the hips and with your posture. The organic blanket is made from handwoven, heavy cotton. It can be placed under the feet and over the legs to provide additional comfort and warmth when sitting for extended periods.
