The Victor HDU20Z Heated Food Display is heated from both above and below making it suitable to warm prepared veg, to meat, sauces and gravy. Temperature of the base is controlled separately of that from the overhead gantry, making it perfect to maintain dishes. Constructed of stainless steel with a reinforced glass sneeze screen to prevent contamination making the unit easy to clean and maintain. The unit is perfect for assisted service environments such as staff canteens or event catering where a steady stream of customers is expected. The display unit has a 2 x 1/1 gastronorm compatible top, where the pans are not included.
