The Wargames Atlantic 28mm Age of Chivalry - Foot Serjeants 1100-1320 from our 1/56 (28mm) scale figure model kits range provides a set of highly-detailed figures. This plastic model kit requires paint and glue to complete. Bases are not included. "Serjeant" taken from the Latin "serviens" meaning to serve, were the lower-ranking warriors of a lord's army. Whereas knights typically came from a noble background, the serjeants rose up through the ranks. Professional soldiers, they were well armed and armored and played a significant role in the armies of the time. This hard plastic box set allows you to build up to 24 serjeants with a wide variety of weapons, including falchion, spear, halberd, and crossbow. A variety of heads and shields allow for even more customization, and parts can be combined with the other sets in the range.
