The Roller Grill RFG16 LPG Fryer is a powerful gas fryer. The unit has a 16 Litre capacity is if ideal for frying fresh or frozen chips, doughnuts, fish, sausages etc. The sturdy basket can hold a 10” fish fillet or sausage, for frying doughnuts or larger pieces of fish, simply remove the basket and use the integral fish plate. The unit features piezo ignition, multi-level basket system for drainage excess oil, integral fish plate, drainage tap with safety lock, 180 °C thermostat, hinged control panel for direct maintenance access.
