The Sammic TRX-21 800 Ltr Turbo Liquidiser is designed to work in with capacities of up to 800 litres. The unit is ideal for mixing and liquidising directly in the pot or pan for making consommés, soups, omelettes, mayonnaise and more. Designed for large yields and for frequent use this unit is perfect for kitchens with a large production. Manufactured from 18/10 stainless steel, the unit is easy to use and can be moved in several directions and height can be adjusted. The arm of the unit is suitable for blending in any pot whether it is round or rectangular. The built in timer allows the user to leave the machine running for up to 60 minutes without the need for user involvement. the unit is very safe to use. Safety microswitch to control the work position prevents the turbine working if the arm is too high or low. Please Note: Grids must be ordered with this item separately.
