A 2016 vintage from Waterford Distillery uses barley grown on the south coast of Co. Wexford, by Ed Harpur on his Bannow Island farm. Drawn from first-fill American oak casks, virgin oak casks, French oak casks and vin doux naturel butts, this expression encapsulates the terroir of the whisky.
