These stunning geology maps were all originally created in the 19th Century to depict the natural minerals beneath the earth’s surface in rich, vivid colour. Today, they make a striking, semi-abstract art installation. Each printed artwork is based on original 1800s paintings, which have been digitally remastered before being printed on archival grade paper alongside Daler Rowney mountboard. Entirely handmade in the UK, even the beautiful frame is custom-made and hand-finished in-house by our supplier. Housed in a decorative slimline black frame with golden detailing and a tailored effect, the prints are also available separately and make a beautiful addition to the eclectic gallery wall or blank space. The Geology Maps are available as a set of 4, or individually. Supplied exclusively to WSG, our range of stunning prints comes from interior experts in Lancashire, where artworks inspired by genuine antiques and naturalist drawings are devotedly brought to life.
