Each 23cm long strand blows in the wind as you cruise the pavement and is made from a robust fabric that resists fray and endures any weather. With 30 strands in each pack that plug easily into the end of the handlebars. The ribbons are packed in a gorgeous FSC certified recycled box - ideal as a gift or scooter upgrade for scooting without limit. Not compatible with Sprite scooter, or any of the 2 Wheeled range (excluding Cruisers). This product is tested to be used for children aged 3 years+
