These pants are a medium flow, this means will absorb 10-15ml (2-3 tampons worth) of liquid. They can be worn on their own or as a backup, only you know your flow so you can choose what works best for you. What are they made from? Love Luna Period Pants are made from an outer of Cotton with Elastane for stretch. The core is 80% Cotton and 20% polyester, this will make sure the pants are absorbent but quick to absorb. They also have a 100% cotton lining to ensure a stay dry feel and natural fibres touching your delicate skin. Why should I switch to period pants? Period pants also allow a woman to free flow bleed, this avoids internal drying and other health risks associated with period protection such as tampons. Love Luna Period Pants are also great for our planet, they can be washed and worn over and over again saving pads/tampons from landfill.
