East London Liquor Co. Chardonnay Rye Whisky - Cask #57 is an East London single-cask cask strength rye made of a mash bill of 55% Norfolk Rye and 45% Marris Otter barley. It’s been aged for 4.5 years inside a single 2nd fill Chardonnay barrel. It has notes of raspberry ice cream, grass, red apple, birch sap, comice pear, leather, floral fruitiness, peach and caramel. It comes at a kingly cask strength of 57% ABV and is non-chill filtered. This is one of just 273 bottles.
