The Citadel Colour 400ml Spray Munitorum Varnish Acrylic Paint from the acrylic paints range provides a superb quality paint for Warhammer 40K and Games Workshop model making. If you are handling your models when gaming, you'll want to protect them from wear and tear. Our Citadel varnishes are designed to do just that.Spray – Step 1 Varnishing comes in two forms - Spray on Munitorum or brush on Stormshield and 'Ardcoat. Spray – Step 2 Applying brush on varnish is as simple as applying a Base coat. Just cover the whole minature with a thinned layer of Stormshield, and let it dry.Spray – Step 3If you want to add a gloss effect to lenses or return shine to metallics, you can apply 'Ardcoat, remember to use it sparingly. Spray – Step 4Using Munitorum Varnish Spray just requires you to follow the steps for spraying undercoats on your miniatures. Spray – Step 5 To prepare your can of Spray, you’ll need to shake it vigorously for one to two minutes. Ideal spraying conditions are 15-25° Celsius on a clear day. Spray – Step 6 Spray your miniatures outside, holding them around 20-40cm away. Use short bursts, so you don’t coat the miniature too thickly.Spray – Step 7As with many things, less is more.
