The Roller Grill DOUBLE PANINI R Contact Grill is specially designed for fast-food chains, franchises and all high output places. The unit enables you to seize in big quantity every kind of panini sandwiches etc. and to alternate cooking types between plates. With its massive cooking surface of 720 x 240 mm, it is one of the largest contact grills available, capable of cooking up to 96 paninis per hour – 6 paninis or 12 quarter pounders at a time. By featuring two separate bottom plates you can offer a truly vegetarian menu and offer steak etc. Fitted with cast iron plates and incoloy heating elements for perfectly even cooking, the unit is composed of 2 panini machines integrated in a stainless steel casing with independent control for each part. The upper plate is self-balanced and the pressure spring is adjustable so you can adapt the cooking to the food. Features 2 thermostats 0-300°C, 2 on/off switches, juice tray, heat-resistant handles, pilot lights.
