Description
The Sammic PI-20 Potato Peeler is manufactured from stainless steel and offers high capacity and production thanks to silicon carbide abrasive lining on lateral stirrers within the chamber. The aluminium base plate is also lined with silicone carbide abrasive and is easily detachable for cleaning purposes. The unit has a waterproof control board (IP65) that offers improved reliability against moisture and water splash. The 0-6 minute timer and the possibility of continuous operation covers the need of any professional user. Equipped with a liftable transparent polycarbonate cover, complete with locking and safety device. The unit is suitable for peeling potatoes, carrots and similar products and can output 400Kg - 480KG per hour.
