The Roller Grill RFE 16 C is a powerful, single tank fryer with a 16 Litre capacity. The cold zone of oil that is below the element, helps to prolong the life of the oil. The fryer is particularly designed for fast food and restaurants, on a cabinet is equipped with adjustable elements so you can adapt the power to suit the desired cooking of French fries, doughnuts, fishes etc. The unit has 3 power settings: 4kW for maintaining oil temperature; 8kW for the cooking of fresh food and 12kW for quick temperature increase and cooking frozen food. This allows for full control and accurate adjustment of oil and energy consumption. Features include Safety tap for easy oil drainage; 180'C operating thermostat; additional safety thermostat; safety micro switch to ensure correct positioning of element and heat resistant basket handle.
