The Lincat V6 allows users to cook with confidence. Ideal for care homes as well as smaller pubs and restaurants, this unit accommodates 2/3 GN containers and guarantees excellent performance and optimum efficiency operating from only a 13A plug. Manufactured with a side opening door, robust hinges and ball catch to give safe, easy access. For easy cleaning, the V6 has a vitreous enamelled interior with radiused corners and removable side shelf supports. Able to support suitably sized Silverlink 600 counter-top units including induction hobs (please see image with Lincat SLI42). Supplied with 2 x shelves (4 shelf positions).
