BrandRoyal Brackla
Description
Royal Brackla Distillery, established in 1812 and located in the Highlands of Scotland, carries the distinction of being one of the first distilleries to be granted a royal warrant by King William IV in 1833. The distillery utilizes long fermentation and slow distillation processes, aimed at crafting a refined and elegant spirit. The use of tall stills in distillation further helps in producing a lighter, cleaner spirit. Royal Brackla 2014 - 9 Year Old - Reserve Casks - Parcel No. 12 is a Highland single malt, carefully selected and blended from six casks by Oliver Chilton, Whisky Maker for Elixir Distillers, a company built on the enormous whisky collection of the whisky enthusiasts Sukhinder and Rajbir Singh. It has notes of creamy vanilla, cinnamon, citrus, and honey. It comes at a strength of 48% ABV and is natural colour and non-chill filtered. This is a refined, elegant and even opulent whisky from one of the best-loved distilleries in the Highland.
