The 3mm thick sleeve provides moderate support while the 5mm option provides firm support.. In addition, the neoprene design offers therapeutic heat retention whilst promoting air flow.. The knee support can be used for everyday use along with sport and exercise such as running, walking and weight lifting.. This knee support comes in a choice of five sizes: XS, S, M, L and XL. The correct size is determined by measuring the around the knee, over the kneecap whilst holding your leg straight.
