The unit has a waterproof control board (IP65) that offers improved reliability against moisture and water splash. The 0-6 minute timer and the possibility of continuous operation covers the need of any professional user. Equipped with a liftable transparent polycarbonate cover, complete with locking and safety device. The unit can be used as a potato rumbler, capable of peeling 20 KG per cycle.
