The Roller Grill PANINI L Single Contact Grill is fitted with cast iron plates and incoloy heating elements for perfectly even cooking and is capable of cooking 48 paninis per hour. The upper plate is self-balanced and the pressure spring is adjustable so cooking can be adapted to the food. The unit comes with a ribbed top and flat bottom plate for cooking paninis, omelettes, fried eggs, savoury pancakes, artic bread, blinis and wraps. The unit features a 0-300°C thermostat, juice tray, thermosetting handles, on/off switch and 15 minute timer.
