The Parry TT1275 is a heavy duty solution for all large scale catering environments, like large hotels and hospitals. The canopy should be at least as long as the equipment run to ensure that it captures steam and cooking odours. Please note: this unit is not supplied with a fan pack, if you would like a fan pack with this unit, please choose from the options below. Please note: if you are ordering this unit with an internal fan pack this canopy will come with a hole punched as standard, if ordered with an external fan pack or no fan pack no hole is punched into the unit.
