The Sammic SAM-6001 Cutlery Dryer-Polisher Three-Phase is constructed from stainless steel with a stainless steel drying tank and insulating coated cutlery carousel which is rounded to avoid cutlery jams. Probe controlled polishing product temperature, which guarantees accuracy and quick reaction. The polishing product drying cycle has an automatic stop after using the machine. The unit can polish and dry 5000-8000 pieces per hour.
