Located just an hour’s train ride west of Tokyo outside the small town of Chichibu, Chichibu Distillery - opened in 2008 - was the first new Japanese distillery since 1973. Chichibu London Edition Bottled 2022 is a blended Japanese whisky of nine casks, including Cognac, oloroso and chibidaru casks. It has flavours of pear, coconut, guava, mango and vanilla and comes at a high strength of 51.5% ABV. This highly regarded and delicious release is one of only 1,861 bottles.
