JOE HUTTON Joe Hutton Of Coquetdale (1980 UK 13-track LP by the celebrated Northumbrian Small Pipes trainer [a sedated version of the rare beast is seen on the front of the sleeve]. Nearly extinct the rare Pipes were saved from decline by theformation of the Northumbrian Pipers Society in 1928 & since then have seen a steady recovery to their numbers in the beautiful secluded valleys of Northumberland although their breeding grounds remain a strictly guarded secret.
