The Lincat ESLR9C/SPH is a state of the art 6 plate, twin fan assisted commercial electric oven. This unit is easy to clean, safe and simple to use with vitreous enamelled oven liners, removable floor plate and shelf supports. Being twin fan assisted for even heat distribution, this provides consistent cooking results. The double insulated doors and side and back panels provides safer operation and greater efficiency.
