The Victor RW30MSG Refrigerated Salad Well with Gantry is ideal for general purpose usage in all catering establishments, schools & colleges, residential care homes, pubs, hotels and cafes. The unit has a 170mm deep well and a load liner indicator at 100mm to assist in the safe presentation of food. Constructed of 304 graded stainless steel, the unit has a L.E.D illuminated gantry with toughened curved glass sneeze screen/over shelf. Complete with microprocessor controlled with automatic defrost and condense handling system. Accepts GN1/1 gastronorm containers up to 100 mm deep. Gastronorm pans not included.
